Title: Coloured Stripe Problem

Hi guys, attached an image of the problem, I get sections of sometimes 100s of frames with moving variable colour noise like this, all over different parts of the image.
Help?

This was filmed at 720p, black cal was done, the stripes appear on the footage prior to saving also...

Can you see it at different resoltions and frame rates, also is it always in the same place on the sensor (same rows)? Is the pattern the same every time?

Edit: Is that a flymo?

I've seen that on some units when cold, it's a problem with signal timing, and there's a fix in the next coming software update. As a workaround, let the camera warm up fully, and if needed you can partially tape up the fan if it's cold outside. You don't have to worry about the camera overheating, as long as the case stays below 50C you're fine, and it has a thermal shutdown if it for some reason gets too hot.

Were you using the camera in cold weather?

It is at different resolutions / rates, and different rows. Also yes, a flymo :P

It was fairly cold outside and hadn't been on long, so it very well could be that! Glad to see it be taken care of as some footage is ruined by it sadly.
