Hi,
I am having a difficult time saving out raw files of our shadowgraph setup. The mp4's look great. I was just hoping to have the raw files to play with. But they are saving out very strangely. Here is an example of the mp4 vs the raw frame...
Any tips or advice?

Without having the actual raw file it's hard to diagnose, but my guess is on wrong bit-depth settings. The vertical stripes are in the MP4 version as well, but not as pronounced. Did you check the endian-ness of the raw file? Could also be a mapping issue from 12 to 8 bit or something related.

Which raw format are you saving in? If the brightness in the mp4 videos from the camera look good, the then the TIFF format should too (but not TIFF Raw)
Some changes were made to the "raw 12bit" format in software v0.3.1, but I doubt that would cause the brightness issue seen here.
