Title: Trigger Switch Cable

I have the Chronos 1.4 Software Release 0.3.1. I also have the trigger switch cable plugged into the BNC connector. It will not work. The camera if functioning great except for the trigger. I have tried many permutations of settings in the trigger settings screen but to no avail. Does anyone have any idea what I am missing?

To use a pushbutton trigger with IO 1 (BNC), choose Record End trigger and enable one or both of the Pullups and Debounce.
After applying these settings, IO 1 should change between Hi and Lo; the status is just above and to the left of Apply on the IO Settings screen.

Krontech's email tech support was incredibly responsive. After a few back and forth's it was determined the actual switch in the trigger cable is bad. They had a replacement shipped out within the afternoon. Can't say enough good things about their support.
