Title: Canon EFS 10-18MM f/4.5-5.6 IS STM does not want to focus?

So have a Canon EFS 10-18MM f/4.5-5.6 IS STM that just does not want to focus, and I'm just not sure what to do anymore? Any suggestions?

Are you using the C to CS adapter that came with the camera?
