Title: NTH: [Save window] aligned mark in and out numbers, and % done

Currently the mark in and mark out numbers are not aligned, and they are in opposite order than I intuitively expect them to be.
Also it would be nice to have a %done indication while saving.
And, considering it seems to save at a fairly constant rate, I'd like to see a ETA to completion display too.
While I'm considering it, it'd be nice to also have an optional beep on completion
