CHRONOS 1.4 16GB COLOR
Power Adapter
Latest Firmware
75 foot Remote trigger (hack job but works fine)
CS MOUNT adjustable lens that came with it
NEWYI 35mm F1.6
1 Original Battery and 3 spares with caps
64 GB Class 10 SD card
NANUK case - Not custom cut but does the job

Like $3900 new and change

Now want $2200 - buyer pays shipping to wherever they may be

Has always been a solid workhorse camera, having said that it MIGHT have 2 hours of actual capture time on it.

Just list it here, that’s how I was able to purchase mine. You can try eBay but they take a hefty cut and the scammers are really bad on tech items.

Not a bad idea LOL...

We are moving away from high speed and are looking to sell our 1.4.

Anyone know of good places to list?

OK. Got the Monster rrunning and a newer SSD ina. 3.0 enclosure but the Samsung T5 won't recognize no matter how I format it.

BUmmer as its even faster that the SSD in the 3.0 enclosure (spec wise), but the SSDis twice as fast as the SD card so I am still seeing improvement!

UPDATE*

If I try to boot the camera with the USB drive in place (currently formatted as EXT 3) the camera gets just past the the splash screen, the drive light comes on steadily (this is the SAMSUNG T5 250GB) and the camera just keeps rebooting.

So I ahve been using a Monster USB 3.0 drive for some time now and suddenly nothing I put in the USB drive is being recognized.

On both V3 and V4 of the OS, nothing gets seen.

I am formatting as FAT32, EXT2,3 and 4 ...

Using the Monster SSD 128GB drive and SAMSUNG T5 250GB NAND drives

EDIT* - FYI I am formatting with Paragon Software EXT for MAC on a mac (Catalina) which worked in the past for formatting and copying DNG off the Monster Drive

Hardware issue?

Yes, forgot that you ahve to make it executable.

That and please make sure you are running the command from the directory where the script is.

E.G. cd (change directory) so you run the command from the folder where the script and files are.

OK. Took her to 3 RC1 and played with it in the field for 4 days. Had one crash that was likely operator induced (tapping buttons too quickly). Other than that stable as hell and no issue with RAW (other than MUCH slower rate to dump, but thats understandable)

Greatly appreciate the faster black calibrate. When you shoot gonzo in the field like I do it key to getting the camera online fast.

LOVE LOVE LOOVE the new style of focus assist! ITS PERFECT!

Still digging around, but overall fantastic work.

All I need now is that damn HDMI working!

Thanks guys!

I actually got both to work, but I had to do a complete reinstall of e2fsprogs via brew for Mac. Once I installed it that way it worked and I can now ext3 format my SD cards. All the info I found on the net for installing it via brew were old and dont work with the current version of brew.

I could not use pyraw2dng on Mac with python3.
Did you use pyraw2dng on Mac?
How can I do?

Make sure you are putting ./ in front of the commands after doing the things listed in this thread.

Long story short, even though you make the script executable, its not recognized as a program at the command prompt and you have to add ./ before the command to et MacOS know its a script

For example:

./pyraw2dng.py -w 1280 -l 720 inputfilename.raw

Couple of videos as we really start doing doing some cinematic and industrial work with the 1.4

Ar500 target testing and glass armor testing. The target testing saved the company more than a few dollars when they saw bullet spall being cast out to the front due to some basic plate misalignment, it was corrected before production saving thousands of dollars in recalls.

More dramatic footage of a pistol draw as marketing for the training possibilities of the 1.4

Anyone have a tool for formatting SD cards in ext3 on a mac.

I have followed every tutorial out there and cant get any of the mac options to work.

I have tried e2fsprogs (sudo $(brew --prefix e2fsprogs)/sbin/mkfs.ext3 /dev/diskN) and it just errors out. I am troubleshooting as I go but am hoping someone else has a workaround.

Anyone else have a tool or shortcut.

By the way pyraw2dng is working GREAT! The image quality is night and day!

Yes. Very interested in this as well. Would make focus ALOT easier...

Our forst couple of hours running around shooting anything that we could find that moved fast. LOL. Its funny, once you get to 1000 FPS its kinda hard to find something compelling to shoot.

As we are a firearms marketing firm ,expect more of that soon!

For now we wanted to get some time with the 1.4 and get sued to how it handles light and setting up shots,  working with the firmware and just general use and setup/teardown. So here is a nice relaxing slowmo vid comprised of local Prince Edward County Ontario attractions.
