Software Dev / Missing (weak) Green colours
« on: July 27, 2017, 11:01:00 AM »
Hello,

I have noticed that the camera has hard time capturing properly green objects (it is shifting only the greens toward the yellow colour)
I was wondering if this is an issue with the IR filter that is just in front of the sensor or with the sensor itself.
Do you have any good suggestions to fix it?

Thank you!

PS: The problem more likely is not related to the lighting because I am using high quality CRI (colour rendering index) diodes  and it also happens during sunlight shooting

Chronos User Discussion / Problems with exporting video to SD card
« on: July 01, 2017, 10:35:36 AM »
Hello,

I have been experiencing some problems with exporting the videos from Chronos to a SD card. The videos are perfectly smooth in the playback, but once exported to a SD card they are sometimes not smooth (glitching /missing frames). I tried 3 different SD cards (from a very old 2GB card to a 64GB UHS class 3 card - 95MB/s) but the problem persists. I also formated them in FAT32 and NTFS systems but Chronos seems to work only with FAT32. I added several examples so that you can see what I am talking about:

First example: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bz3D_Jwk70plMXFFS3h0Q3F6LWc/view?usp=sharing
Here you can see how there is a missing frames just when the top of the match starts falling - this was recorded to an old 2 GB SD card

Second example: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bz3D_Jwk70plWVlISGh5RFpHbWs/view?usp=sharing
Here for some reason the frames skipping is a bit more dramatic. See from 0:39 to 0:44 and from 3:11 to 3:13
(it must be the most boring video taken with a Chronos camera but it is just so that you can see the problem). This was recorded to the new very fast 64GB SD card.

Does someone has any clue what is causing the problem and how it can be fixed?

Thanks
