Chronos User Discussion / Trying to synchronize video capture with external trigger
« on: March 16, 2018, 03:14:52 PM »
Hi Everyone,
I am trying to get Chronos 1.4 to start video capture upon detecting an external TTL signal connected to the Trigger I/O 1.
My National Instruments Data acquisition device is providing this TTL signal...high for 2 seconds.
The camera detects this TTL signal as I can see in the trigger settings menu, the status changes from 'lo' to 'hi' and then back down to 'lo'.
However, the camera only captures 1 image and stops recording. Can I get the camera to start image capture on 'hi' and then continue to do so for a specified duration (i.e. 2-3 seconds?)
Thanks,
