Considering Chronos Purchase -- some questions
« on: January 25, 2018, 12:39:19 PM »
Is the camera able to operate in a "Kiosk" mode where all of the functions are controlled from a computer?

What are the closest competitors?
  Nikon 1 J5
  Sony RX10 IV
  Fastech?
  etc?

There's no competition at the price point of the Chronos if you need seriously high frame rates ;)

You need to define your requirements better though because those examples you give are all quite different in what they offer.

There will be control possible via Ethernet, but it will come with a future firmware release.

Ethernet remote control is our main focus for software development right now, the API will be done shortly, and we're working on a web browser remote interface once the API is done.
