Save frame rate defaulting back to 60fps.

I've set my save FR to 50fps. Yesterday I recorded 17 clips and only 5 of them have saved at 50fps. The majority are at 60fps.

The saving pattern during the day was 9 clips@60fps then 5@50fps then 3@60fps.
I was changing resolutions throughout but didn't touch any of the save settings at any time.
I was saving to both a USB drive and SD card.
Any ideas?

Did you turn off or restart the camera at any point during this session?

Yes, a couple of times.

I'll look into this, it's probably an issue with settings saving given that you restarted the camera.
