Yes, just go to the Record Settings, and change Resolution to what you want (for Lower Framerates like 60 / 250 or 500 probably Still FullHD) and type in whatever Framerate you want, for example 317fps, and Apply it.
Make sure to set your Shutter angle accordingly, and do a Black Calibration when everything is set and you are Ready to Record.
