Issue recording in Segmented mode on 1.4

I set up the camera to use segmented mode, 8 seconds of recording with two segments.  Record End Triggered IO1, debounce, 20mA pull up.  When I test it, the trigger Input/Output Status for IO1 stays Hi. And of course nothing is written to the SD card.  I even power shut down the camera and then powered it up and the IO1 status still says Hi.  The only way I got it to clear is putting back into Normal Mode and power cycling the camera again.

This happened on both of my cameras.  Then I decided to test the same set up using IO2.  It did exactly the same thing.  Once triggered, the input output status for IO2 stays Hi and nothing is recorded.

Please help with a solution.  Thanks,

Have you tried adjusting the debounce setting, or using Record Start Triggered instead of Record End Triggered, just to see if the camera responds differently?
