Chronos is not outputting the correct number of frames
« on: May 29, 2024, 09:30:30 PM »
Hello,
The number of frames in the output is wrong going from 24fps to 50fps.

The source (proresHQ) has 97852 frames at 24fps. Chronos outputs 206725 frames with the 50fps setting. It should output 203858 or 203859 frames.

I checked prior projects where fps was changed with Chronos from 23.976 to 25. All are correct.

I'm using Chronos v1 that shipped with VEAI v2.3 (the version I'm using). The source video has no duplicate frames.

Is there anyone having the same issue?

I think you are on the wrong forum. This is dedicated to the Chronos cameras not Topaz VEAI. You should go to the Topaz VEAI forums to ask your question.
