Macro Video

I would like to do some macro work with  the monochrome version of the 1.4 (which I should receive any day now).

Will the following lens work?

computar C-Mount 13-130mm Varifocal Lens

Listings say that it is compatible with 1/2" cameras and uses a C-mount.  I assume the 1/2" is the sensor size, but I'm not sure.
