Title: SD Card In But Cannot Save
Post by: douglassn1 on August 11, 2023, 08:46:53 AM
I am getting a "Save folder does not exist" error. I followed the same procedure as I always have but this error is new. I have set the record settings, recorded, and gone to "Play." Then I tried saving and got this error. Any advice? The SD card is in and I can see and select the folder I want the video to go to under the Play settings, but I am still getting the folder does not exist error.

did you Format the SD Card in Camera?
Have you tried if it works with a Different SD Card?

I intermittently encounter this issue as well. Usually it resolves itself after safely removing the storage media and reinserting it.

I did try using a different SD card. When I used the new one, the save worked. I then safely removed this one to view the video on my computer. When I put the SD card back in, the camera was not recognizing this card (even though I just saved on it). I am not sure what the issue might be?

Have you formatted the card as a Fat32. that wouldn't explain why it worked and didn't though I guess.
