It is one of the options for saving your file to SD card for several of the formats. So shoot some video, hit the play button in the UI, hit save settings button and it should be in there.

You could also get a couple of 12V lead acid batteries or a 24V lead acid and use a buck converter to drop the voltage down to proper charging voltage if you are the kind of person that goes in for that kind of handy project. Could be as large as car batteries with over 1000 watt/hrs.

Formatted Fat32 or Ext3?  And all the files are in (assigned Letter):\  i.e. D:\ F:\ etc. on your flash drive?

Hey NoDak, any chance you could open that case up and measure any voids? It looks to me like there should be a lot of dead space inside that thing, possibly enough to fit a flat 12v bank of NiMH batteries so that you could use it without external power for a while. How many watts does it take? It didn't say on the Amazon listing.

My 1.5 inch bore black powder cannon at 10000 fps shooting a tote of water.

Projectile, 1.5000" ball bearing.
60 grams FFFg powder.

So after reading this thread I know that I want to get a speed booster/focal reducer for my Cronos. I'm just not sure what lenses will be most affordable to get for this idea. I have a Markforged 3D printer and a very nice machine shop that I have unfettered access to that I can make all kinds of widgets. So I have the resources to make it happen, but not the knowledge to execute on it. The Cronos is my first ever not a cell phone camera and I am still learning a lot about lenses in general and I'm getting a handle on it I think, but I have no background on different mount systems and cameras and the lenses for them. If someone can help me figure out some solutions I'd be more than happy to make extra parts of anything I have to manufacture to make it happen.

I could start with Nikon1's 3D printed widget. I could either use a MFT lens straight on that or a MFT to ??? speed booster with a ??? lens mounted to said speed booster correct?

Very nice video ;)

Well 75 mm with a crop factor of 3.9 is 292 mm so your estimated 300 mm was very close :D

I am still incredibly new to cameras and optics, could you explain what you mean?

Also Video 2

Nikon1 Thanks a lot, I'll look at that tonight!

Here is video 1 from the airshow, my best shot of the weekend, the B-17 Flying Fortress @1000 fps using the Comptar 12.5-75mm zoom lens ~f5.6 @75mm.

This is the same plane as seen by TAOFLEDERMAUS here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2GlJvFLo59w

If I get more up today I will edit them into this post as to avoid thread spamming.

The lighting in my shop is garbage. I was holding a 50W LED flood about a foot away from the spindle just out of frame in addition to the 2 other LED lights in the machine. I know I need more light, I know I will never have enough. Any suggestions for cheap ways to make DC powered LED lights would be appreciated, I'm a competent machinist/engineer and I know how to solder and wire things as long as someone else tells me how do layout a circuit. I've been thinking about making a couple 300-500 watt portable DC lights(I have LOTS of 24V Greenworks batteries, dozens of em) out of 100 Watt LED chips, but figuring out a cheap way to make a driver circuit is eluding me for the required voltages (i.e. 48V downed to LED driving voltage).

On other notes I was at an airshow this weekend and will be putting up a bunch of videos of planes doing plane things. Have an EPIC shot of the B-17 Flying Fortress that just about gives me the warm fuzzies.

Can't wait till I get the chance to do high speed of my black powder cannon!

The high school robotics team I mentor in Davis California is Team 1678, that would be beyond cool.

Software Dev / Re: Software Roadmap - 0.3.1, 0.4.x, etc.

For several of the applications I would like to use my new Cronos 1.4 it would be really beneficial to have the ability to use the "Run-n-Gun" and the "Normal + Continuous" recording modes mentioned in the User Manual. I didn't see any express mention of them in the Software Roadmap and was curious as to when we might see that feature added to a software update?
