Can no longer do backfocus adjusment

So I accidentally unscrewed the backfocus ring at bottom of camera when doing backfocus adjustment. I put it back in and was able to screw back in fine. But the problem is no matter how much I turn the CS ring, I can’t achieve proper backfocus like before. This is with the Computar 12.5-7m 1.2. Any help would be great.

Solved via email. In case anyone else has this problem, the solution was to loosen the backfocus lock screw to ensure that the brass rod had enough clearance to allow the CS ring to be screwed into the proper depth.
