I used the Chronos 2.1 to figure out the 0-60 time of a water rocket!  Spoiler, it's VERY fast :)

Lots of 1920x570, 1884 fps, 162 deg shutter, Cinema DNG footage in this video:

https://youtu.be/ZstN5pW3nGM

Lens was a Canon 24-70mm f2.8 II shot at 2.8.

Be sure to watch the ending for some very cool drag race footage.

Some thermobaric explosion fun with model city :D https://youtu.be/sv0tGx80yLk?t=515 There is monochrome 1.4 and color 2.1 footage there. Both are nice in their own way.

I also used optical flow on both of clips that are cropped to extra wide aspect ratio with 12fps playback speed. I had to speed up for the flash but otherwise it works really well.

 Such Footage, Much WOW!
I noticed that small City in one of your Last videos, and was already wondering how you where going to nuke that down.
The Monochrome does actually look strangely similar to those Old Atomic Bomb Videos (bit less dramatic of course compared to the Insane Power behind the real nukes just ripping everything to pieces).

Given that those Houses where still built quite solid compared to the Scale of Explosion, that did a lot of damage.

This was my first attempt at using a static test rig to capture the interesting fluid dynamics of a water rocket @ 100 psi.   Unfortunately, the test rig wasn't quite as static as I'd hoped and the whole thing kinda blew off the table mount, but it was a cool video so I'd thought I'd share.

I think it's really interesting to see the air blow through the water and "sneak" around the edges when it's almost empty.

I plan on building a more sturdy test-rig in the future to get more footage like this in a more controlled fashion.

It was shot at 10186 fps on a Chronos 2.1 at 1472x144 resolution.  The lens was a Canon 135mm f2 @ f2.

Me and Forum User peeccy meet up and did some Product-Photography -Type Test-Shots with my Chronos, so he could get hands-On with the camera and see how it will perform for this kind of work he might wants to use it for in the future. Result isnt perfect, but we had fun shooting. Opening Shot at 2141fps, everything else at 1000fps. Lights overall where about 1000W LED all together, two of my big Godox Lights and some of his Aputure and some other Lights. Also just some quick and Lazy editing of the whole thing with no sound or anything.

Did some testing with food. The camera was rigged to a rotating mount and completely detached, having a WLAN-hotspot connected to it and triggering wirelessly via IO2. Sigma 24mm 1.8, 1920x1080, 0db.

Here is a follow-up video of my water rocket static testing where I actually make the test-rig static :)

There is some 10186 fps footage from before as well as 12684 fps footage.

Same Canon 135mm f2 @ f2 lens as before.
