Boiling Metal Shot Backlit at 20kfps. 0dB Gain; 97° Shutter; f/32; 100mm.
Originally did a Black Calibration at 180°, later changed my mind to set it to 97° Shutter Angle just before shooting, but forgot to do another Black Calibration, so there now sadly is a visible line, but well. Lows are Boosted quite a bit in Editing from the DNGs to see what is going on, no denoising at all to preserve all detail contained in that Shot. An untouched DNG of that Clip is also uploaded here for everyone who wants to play with that.
I also made a Wide shot of another Sparkler, but at 5400fps; 0dB Gain; 219° Shutter, f/2.8; 100mm; also Uploaded here.
Both of these Shots give quite a bit of insight on how these Sparklers actually "work" or rather what is going on, and where the Sparkly Bits are Coming from.
Quality isnt Amazing, so i might need to re-shoot that at some point with the Exposure and Light dialed in a bit better. Dont know if i will do that however...

Although I did not make these shots with a Chronos (but a PCO camera) I post this video here because I also shot some sprinklers some years ago.
Later in the video there are some macro shots of matches being lit, these turned out quite well.

Here is some pretty cool footage of a 4494 efficiency balsa bridge exploding at 5040 fps.

I've not had chance to use the camera for ages only used it a couple of times before that, the output always looked 'flat' somehow and I couldn't get it as I wanted. I packed it away and didn't use it as time was tight.  So today I updated to the latest firmware and I tried out CinemaDG to export the frames and put them together in prem pro. What a difference. I used a 50mm Samyang lens and a couple of LED 300w lights and a Godox S30 to put a pinpoint on the glass. I'm not an expert as you can tell but really enjoyed myself ! Cant wait to do some more filming with it now.

This is the final part in a big optimization series I made.  This one is the "extras" and shows all the high speed footage of 22 bridges breaking at 5040 fps.

Hi everyone!
I just received my hd 2.1
Here’s the first test I ran today.
Amaran 200d and Pentax Asahi 100mm macro @f5.6.
6dB analog and 6dB digital (I need to learn more about that)
You definitely need a lot of light to get good results.
Let’s get the Godox back on track…

Uploaded a DNG Sequence of some Length here a While ago (210 RAW Frames Straight out of Camera, including 1 Shot from a Color Checker for Color Reference), but will delete them soon. So, if anyone is interested in downloading them, do so soon, otherwise they are gone.

Made with Laowa Probe @ f14 and Metabones Speedbooster 0.64 with Chronos 2.1 @ 12db Gain. One needed a second sun for that.
