We are using a Chronos 1.4 camera (version 0.6 of the firmware) for scientific purpose (mainly particle tracking) and we are observing a very annoying issue: some images are corrupted and look like a patchwork of other images. I attached an example image which we found in the middle of a 20000 images video exported as a collection of 8bit tiff files.
This happens once in a while and we have not been able to devise precise conditions in which this happens. Is this a known issue? If so, is there a workaround?
