Black Calibration Won't Work (Chronos 2.1)
« on: June 26, 2023, 09:29:04 PM »
I have been experiencing a calibration issue with my camera for a while.
I have had similar problems before, but usually turning it off and on a few times would fix it. However, I am currently unable to obtain any proper image.
Sometimes it seems to improve temporarily, but as soon as I press the record button, the image gets distorted again.

I try download fresh software and did colomn gain calibration and black calibrate all resolutions as stated in the user manual.

Video is here: https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/folders/1-84tGMjvVWohr_W6QMQLuK1GeUFGhOCc

Chronos 2.1
Ver 0.7.2

Can you help me how to solve this problem?

Have you tried any Recordings with Different Resolution Settings? Do those give the same or similar Results?
 .
If they also dont give usable results, try with a Much older Software Version like 5.1 or 6.0 and see if that changes Anything.

Different Resolution have same results.
i try 5.1 and not work. (can't find 6.0 download link)

I also tried version 7.0, but there was no improvement or change in the situation.
