occasional lines appearing in the frame + battery charging problem

Hi,

I captured this footage using 24B (analog gain), and there are occasional lines appearing within the frame. While this issue is not consistent, what could be causing it? Below drive link has those videos.

Furthermore, there is an additional issue concerning the battery. The battery fails to charge and consistently displays the message 'low battery'. What might be the underlying cause of this problem?
