ISO 1000 to 16000 how?
« on: September 05, 2023, 11:26:07 AM »
Hi, I use fluorescence microscopy applications and I need very high sensitivity and high fps. The 2.4 camera states 1000 to 16,000 ISO. Is this selectable or it depends on what to have maximum sensitivity? Thank you

The ISO is controlled by the "Analog Gain" setting. The ISO value of your selected Analog Gain isn't displayed anywhere in the interface on the back of your Chronos 2.1, however you can access it through the camera's web API

If you use the Camera 2.4 which has an ISO between 1000 and 16,000, it depends on a number of factors in the interface on the back of the Chronos 2.1 which you can access via the web API.
