Chronos 1.4 freezes after recording/ triggering

Hey all,

We are using a Chronos 1.4 camera controlled via LAN. The camera is externally triggered through IO1, and we save the recorded video to an SD card.
The problem is that after recording or after an external trigger, the camera sometimes freezes and becomes blocked. So we are able to save the video. When this happens, the camera interface does not respond normally, so we have to restart the camera. After restarting, the recorded video is lost.

Could you please advise what could cause this issue and what troubleshooting steps you recommend?

Hello! Sorry to hear about this freezing issue. Personally I haven't encountered what you're describing with either a 1.4 or 2.1 model using IO1 for the trigger. However "Toggle" mode has a reputation for unreliable behavior when combined with a single pulse IO1 trigger. If this is what you were using, maybe try using "Record End" mode instead.
